About the Millennial Manager Collective
Since 2021, the Millennial Manager Collective (MMC) has provided high-quality resources and high-touch support to over 200 millennial-identifying leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs across industries. We are an intimate, evolving community that grows alongside our members, constantly adding perks, benefits, and opportunities that meet the moment.

Whether you join for three months or forever, you’ll gain access to unparalleled professional development and find your people.

People who:

-
Know what it’s like to grow up with dial-up and graduate into recession…

-
Hold teams together with empathy and duct tape while trying not to burn out…

-
Navigate unclear expectations, impossible workloads, and chaotic organizational change…

-
Have been underestimated because of their age (or over-relied on because of their excellence)…

-
Refuse to choose between caring about people and driving results…

-
Are motivated by purpose, justice, and community over power, ego, or titles…

-
Wrestle with the same doubts, conflicts, and decisions you’re facing right now…

-
Solve the problems you have today in ways they can generously share tomorrow…

-
Believe leadership should feel human, not heroic

-
People who get it.

In MMC, you don’t have to shrink your values or your humanity to be seen or taken seriously. You belong here as your most whole, most audacious self.
"MMC is a wonderful and supportive network of fellow leaders/managers who are going through very similar challenges, and it's so comforting to know that I always have the support of this group, whether they're just listening to me vent or helping me problem-solve!"
Our extraordinary members are leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who are deepening their skills and accelerating their careers together.

Giving Feedback and Having Difficult Conversations
"MMC has allowed me to think more thoughtfully not just about a singular team experience, but an organizational cultural experience as a whole. Convenings have allowed me to hold ideas in my toolbox for a later time of implementation, but they have also been accessible to allow me to implement at least one tool in the nearer future."
