Step 1 - Select Your MMC Onboarding Buddy

There's someone in your corner from day one!

Learn more about the MMC experience and all of its perks by scheduling a 30-minute welcome call with a current MMC member. Your Buddy will help you get oriented, answer your questions, and cheer you on in your first 30 days.

Choose the buddy who feels most aligned with your role, personality, or goals!

Step 2 - Add Yourself to the Member Directory

Help the community get to know who you are, what you’re working on, and how we can support you. The directory is how you connect with peers across industries and identities.

Step 3 - Join Slack & Introduce Yourself

This is where you tune in for updates, ask your questions, look for resources, find camaraderie, and celebrate with other leaders and changemakers who get it. Once you're in, head to the #introduce-yourself channel and share:
